Piano Lesson Policies

Introductory Lesson

All new students can start with a complimentary 20 minute trial lesson. Subsequent lessons must be booked in packages to foster commitment and progression.

Language Instruction

Lessons are offered in English which is great for practice.

Payment Procedures

Payments are required upfront via e-banking or cash at the beginning of each five-lesson cycle or ten-lesson cycle.

Advance Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for lesson packages are made in advance. These payments are non-refundable, even if the student decides to stop taking lessons.

Emergency Cancellations

If a lesson is canceled due to unforeseen events, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Missed Lesson Policy

Lessons missed by students will not be rescheduled or refunded unless due to exceptional circumstances.

Weekly Lesson Structure

Lessons are conducted once or twice a week, providing consistent learning and practice.

Lesson Availability

Lessons are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday. 30-minute lessons are specifically designed for children aged 3 to 6 years to match their learning capacity and attention span.

Consistent Scheduling Commitment

Students must choose a specific weekly time slot for their lessons and adhere to this schedule for continuity.

Holiday Rescheduling

Lessons falling on public holidays will be rescheduled to the nearest available time in the following month, considering everyone's availability.

Advance Notice for Discontinuation

Students intending to discontinue lessons must provide at least one month’s notice.
